Dance and Exercise will improve your heart health and increase breathing stamina, increase muscular strength, endurance, and motor strength. It also improves your over all mental health by providing socialization increasing self-esteem, and also helps stimulate and benefit your brain.
In addition, our youngest students will be reinforcing counting, memorization and listening skills
